Please ensure there is enough space for the massage table and also space to move around it, approx 2x2m. 

You will need three clean, dry towels.

Consider a comfortable environment ie heating or an open window/fan depending on the time of year.

Please ensure your bottom underwear remains on at all times.

Massage is mostly suitable for everyone, however there are a few health conditions that may prohibit treatment or require doctors consent. 

Treatment cannot be performed on those who suffer from DVT.

For people with cancer, heart disorders, recent operations please consult with your doctor and obtain written permission before seeking treatment.

For pregnant women, please ensure you have entered in to your second trimester. 

If you have any infectious disease, fungal or open verrucas etc please kindly do not book until you have the all clear.
